Excelsior is a major supplier to Fujitsu Siemens Computers (FSC). On 20 April 2009, Fujitsu Technology Solutions, successor to FSC, published a public statement concerning this matter. In this statement FTS declares to suspend cooperation with suppliers that do not fully meet requirements as described its Supplier Code of Conduct.
